Where do you ship?

Israel, the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, subject to availability at checkout. See shipping prices and delivery details.

Are prices charged in my currency?

Checkout is charged in Israeli shekels (ILS). Prices displayed in USD or another currency are estimates for your convenience. Your payment provider determines any conversion rate and fees. The final ILS amount, including the shipping charge and any taxes collected at checkout, is shown before you pay.

How long does delivery take?

Products are made to order overseas. Production is typically 2–5 business days; transit is additional and varies by destination and product. See the shipping page for general estimates, or contact us with the product and postcode. Orders may arrive in separate parcels.

Is international shipping free?

No international free-shipping offer is currently advertised. The ILS 399.90 free-shipping threshold applies to eligible Israeli orders only. International rates depend on the product group and basket. Import charges may apply separately unless collected at checkout.

How do I choose a size?

Check the product-specific size information and size guide. Contact us if unsure. Follow the care instructions on the item's label.

Can I return an item?

Our store offers 30-day returns for ordinary catalogue items, subject to the returns policy and your statutory rights. Contact us for return instructions before mailing anything.

לישראל, ארה״ב, בריטניה, קנדה, אוסטרליה וניו זילנד, בכפוף לזמינות בקופה. למחירי משלוח ופרטי אספקה. משלוח חינם מעל 399.90 ₪ חל על הזמנות זכאיות בישראל בלבד. בחו״ל המחיר תלוי בקבוצת המוצר ובסל; ייתכנו מסי יבוא שלא נגבו בקופה.

באיזה מטבע משלמים?

החיוב בקופה מתבצע בשקלים (ILS). מחירים המוצגים בדולר או במטבע אחר הם אומדן לנוחותכם. ספק התשלום קובע את שער ההמרה והעמלות, ככל שישנן. הסכום הסופי בשקלים, כולל משלוח ומסים שנגבים בקופה ככל שרלוונטי, מוצג לפני התשלום.

איפה מייצרים ומתי מגיע?

אין ייצור בישראל. הייצור לפי הזמנה בחו״ל נמשך בדרך כלל 2–5 ימי עסקים, וזמן המשלוח נוסף אליו ותלוי בפריט וביעד. הערכות כלליות מפורטות במדיניות המשלוחים. לבירור מדויק יותר פנו עם המוצר והמיקוד. הזמנה עשויה להתפצל לכמה חבילות.

מידות וטיפול בפריט

עיינו במידות של הפריט ובמדריך המידות, ופנו אלינו אם יש ספק. הוראות הטיפול מופיעות על תווית הפריט.

החזרות ותשלום

מדיניות החנות מאפשרת החזרת פריטי קטלוג רגילים בתוך 30 יום, בכפוף למדיניות ההחזרות ולזכויות לפי דין. פנו לקבלת הנחיות לפני משלוח החזרה. אמצעי התשלום הזמינים מוצגים בקופה.
