Shipping destinations

We currently accept orders for Israel, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Delivery availability depends on the item and full delivery address; available options are shown at checkout.

Shipping prices

Israel: ILS 60 standard shipping; free shipping for qualifying orders over ILS 399.90. This offer applies to Israel only.

The following standard single-item rates are listed in USD as a reference to our shipping settings. They are not a flat rate for every basket. Multiple items or shipping groups may change the total; checkout shows the final charge in ILS.

*The current T-shirt shipping group also includes the half-zip top. Express delivery, where available, is quoted separately at checkout.

Checkout is charged in Israeli shekels (ILS). Prices displayed in USD or another currency are estimates for your convenience. Your payment provider determines any conversion rate and fees. The final ILS amount, including the shipping charge and any taxes collected at checkout, is shown before you pay.

Production and delivery times

Items are made to order by our overseas production partners; we do not manufacture in Israel. Production and transit are separate stages. Production typically takes 2–5 business days. Transit depends on the product, fulfilment location and destination; international standard routes can take 5–20 business days after production. These are general estimates, not a delivery guarantee or a destination-specific quote. Weekends, holidays, customs and carrier delays can extend delivery. Contact us before ordering if you need an estimate for a specific product and postcode.

Tracking, separate parcels and addresses

Tracking is sent by email after dispatch. Products may arrive in separate parcels with separate tracking numbers. Please enter a complete address, postcode, email and a reachable telephone number. Contact us immediately to request an address change; changes may not be possible after production or dispatch.

Import charges

Depending on the destination and fulfilment location, customs duties, import taxes or carrier clearance fees may apply. Unless expressly collected at checkout, such charges are not included in the displayed product or shipping price and may be payable by the recipient under local rules.

Delayed or missing orders

Contact NEW Z with your order number if tracking is delayed or your parcel is missing. We remain your point of contact for delivery and will investigate with the carrier. If the ordered product is not delivered, we will refund the order in accordance with your applicable rights.

Returns, exchanges and cancellations

Our store offers returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery for ordinary catalogue items in original, unused condition with their original tags. Return shipping is paid by the customer, except for faulty or incorrect items. Contact us before sending a return to obtain the correct return address and instructions; do not assume the dispatch address is the return address.

For a faulty or incorrect item, contact us with the order number and details; we will arrange a return and replacement at no cost, without limiting any right to a refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within seven business days of receiving the return, or sooner where required by law. Payment-provider processing may add time before the credit appears.

Please request cancellation within 15 minutes of ordering if you want us to try to stop production. This operational window does not limit statutory cancellation or return rights. An item printed after ordering is not automatically a personalised item. Any exception for goods made to your individual specifications applies only where the law permits it, and never removes rights concerning defective or incorrect goods.

Mandatory consumer rights in your country remain unaffected. Where statutory cancellation rules apply, including to qualifying UK online purchases, the applicable cancellation period, permitted inspection of goods, refund deadline and refund of standard outbound delivery take priority over any narrower store wording.

מחירי משלוח

לישראל: משלוח רגיל 60 ₪ ומשלוח חינם בהזמנות זכאיות מעל 399.90 ₪. ההטבה לישראל בלבד.

טבלת המחירים בחלק האנגלי למעלה מציגה תעריפי משלוח רגיל לפריט יחיד בדולר ארה״ב (USD), לפי קבוצת המשלוח. קבוצת החולצות כוללת גם את חולצת חצי הרוכסן. זה אינו מחיר קבוע לכל סל: שילוב פריטים וקבוצות משלוח עשוי לשנות את הסכום. המחיר הסופי בשקלים מוצג בקופה. משלוח מהיר, אם זמין, מתומחר בנפרד בקופה.

החיוב בקופה מתבצע בשקלים (ILS). מחירים המוצגים בדולר או במטבע אחר הם אומדן לנוחותכם. ספק התשלום קובע את שער ההמרה והעמלות, ככל שישנן. הסכום הסופי בשקלים, כולל משלוח ומסים שנגבים בקופה ככל שרלוונטי, מוצג לפני התשלום.

ייצור וזמני אספקה

הפריטים מיוצרים לפי הזמנה אצל ספקים בחו״ל; אין ייצור בישראל. הייצור נמשך בדרך כלל 2–5 ימי עסקים. זמן המשלוח נוסף לזמן הייצור ותלוי בפריט, במיקום הייצור וביעד. במסלולים בינלאומיים רגילים הוא עשוי להימשך 5–20 ימי עסקים לאחר הייצור. אלה הערכות כלליות ולא התחייבות לתאריך מסירה או הצעת זמן לכתובת מסוימת. חגים, סופי שבוע, מכס ועיכובי הובלה עשויים להאריך את האספקה. לבירור לפי מוצר ומיקוד פנו אלינו לפני ההזמנה.

מעקב וחבילות נפרדות

מספר מעקב נשלח בדוא״ל לאחר יציאת החבילה. הזמנה עשויה להגיע בכמה חבילות עם מספרי מעקב שונים. יש למסור כתובת מלאה, מיקוד, דוא״ל וטלפון זמין. לבקשת שינוי כתובת פנו מיד; לאחר תחילת הייצור או השילוח ייתכן שלא ניתן לשנותה.

מסי יבוא ועיכובים

בהתאם ליעד ולמיקום הייצור, ייתכנו מכס, מסי יבוא או עמלות שחרור. אלא אם נגבו במפורש בקופה, הם אינם כלולים במחיר הפריט או המשלוח, ועשויים לחול על המקבל בהתאם לכללים המקומיים. אם חבילה מתעכבת או חסרה, פנו אלינו עם מספר ההזמנה לבירור. NEW Z היא הכתובת שלכם לשירות ולאספקה. אם המוצר שהוזמן לא נמסר, יינתן החזר בהתאם לזכויות החלות על העסקה.

החזרות, החלפות וביטולים

ניתן להחזיר או להחליף פריטי קטלוג רגילים בתוך 30 יום מקבלתם, במצב מקורי, ללא שימוש ועם התוויות המקוריות. משלוח ההחזרה על חשבון הלקוח, למעט פריט פגום או שגוי. לפני שליחת החזרה פנו לקבלת כתובת והנחיות; אין להניח שכתובת השולח היא כתובת ההחזרה.

במקרה של מוצר פגום או שגוי פנו עם מספר ההזמנה ופרטי הבעיה. נתאם החזרה והחלפה ללא עלות, בלי לגרוע מזכות להחזר כספי. ההחזר יבוצע לאמצעי התשלום המקורי בתוך שבעה ימי עסקים מקבלת ההחזרה, או מוקדם יותר אם הדין מחייב. ייתכן זמן טיפול נוסף של ספק התשלום עד להצגת הזיכוי.

כדי לנסות לעצור ייצור, פנו לביטול בתוך 15 דקות מביצוע ההזמנה. חלון תפעולי זה אינו מגביל זכויות ביטול או החזרה לפי דין. הדפסה לאחר ההזמנה כשלעצמה אינה הופכת פריט למותאם אישית. חריג לפריט שיוצר לפי מפרט אישי חל רק ככל שהדין מאפשר, ואינו שולל זכויות בשל פגם או מוצר שגוי.

זכויות צרכניות מחייבות נשמרות. הוראות הדין החלות על תקופת ביטול, בדיקת המוצר, מועד החזר והחזר משלוח רגיל גוברות על תנאי מצמצם במדיניות זו.
