RETURNS AND REFUNDS — NEW Z
30-DAY RETURNS
We offer returns or exchanges for ordinary catalogue items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition with their original tags, subject to any inspection rights provided by applicable law.

Contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return address and instructions. The address on the parcel may not be the return address.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns, unless applicable law requires otherwise. For faulty or incorrect items, we arrange the necessary return or replacement at no cost to you.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please contact us with your order number and details of the issue. Photos can help us resolve it faster. We will arrange an appropriate remedy without limiting your statutory rights to a refund, repair or replacement.
REFUNDS
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within seven business days of receiving the returned item, or sooner if required by law. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the credit.
Refunds are processed in the original transaction currency, ILS. If your payment provider converted the payment into another currency, the amount shown in that currency may differ because of exchange rates or provider fees.
Original delivery charges are refunded where required by applicable law.
CANCELLATIONS
Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel. Requests within 15 minutes of placing the order give us the best opportunity to stop production. We cannot guarantee that production can be stopped.
This production-management window does not limit any statutory cancellation or return rights.
MADE-TO-ORDER AND PERSONALISED ITEMS
Producing or printing a standard catalogue item after an order is placed does not automatically make it a personalised item.
Any return exception for goods made to your individual specifications applies only where permitted by applicable law. Rights relating to faulty or incorrect goods remain unaffected.
YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS
This policy does not restrict mandatory rights under the laws applicable to your purchase. Where those rights provide different cancellation periods, inspection rights, refund deadlines or delivery-cost refunds, those requirements apply.

ניתן להחזיר או להחליף פריטי קטלוג רגילים בתוך 30 יום מקבלתם. הפריטים צריכים להיות במצב מקורי, ללא שימוש ועם התוויות המקוריות, בכפוף לזכויות בדיקת המוצר לפי הדין החל.

לפני משלוח ההחזרה יש לפנות לקבלת כתובת והנחיות. הכתובת שעל החבילה אינה בהכרח כתובת ההחזרה.
עלות משלוח ההחזרה
בהחזרה עקב שינוי דעת, עלות המשלוח חלה על הלקוח, אלא אם הדין מחייב אחרת. במקרה של פריט פגום או שגוי, נתאם את ההחזרה או ההחלפה הנדרשת ללא עלות ללקוח.
פריט פגום או שגוי
פנו עם מספר ההזמנה ותיאור הבעיה. תמונות יכולות לסייע בטיפול מהיר יותר. נתאם פתרון מתאים, בלי לגרוע מזכויות להחזר, תיקון או החלפה לפי דין.
החזר כספי
ההחזר יבוצע לאמצעי התשלום המקורי בתוך שבעה ימי עסקים מקבלת הפריט שהוחזר, או מוקדם יותר אם הדין מחייב. ייתכן זמן טיפול נוסף של ספק התשלום עד להצגת הזיכוי.
ההחזר מתבצע במטבע העסקה המקורי — שקלים (ILS). אם ספק התשלום המיר את העסקה למטבע אחר, הסכום שיופיע באותו מטבע עשוי להשתנות עקב שערי המרה או עמלות ספק.
דמי המשלוח המקוריים יוחזרו כאשר הדין החל מחייב זאת.
ביטול הזמנה
לביטול יש לפנות בהקדם האפשרי. פנייה בתוך 15 דקות מביצוע ההזמנה נותנת לנו את הסיכוי הטוב ביותר לעצור את הייצור, אך אין התחייבות שניתן יהיה לעצור אותו.
חלון תפעולי זה אינו מגביל זכויות ביטול או החזרה לפי דין.
ייצור לפי הזמנה והתאמה אישית
ייצור או הדפסה של פריט קטלוג רגיל לאחר ביצוע ההזמנה אינם הופכים אותו אוטומטית לפריט מותאם אישית.
חריג להחזרת פריט שיוצר לפי מפרט אישי יחול רק ככל שהדין מאפשר. זכויות הנוגעות לפריט פגום או שגוי נשמרות.
זכויות צרכניות
מדיניות זו אינה מגבילה זכויות מחייבות לפי הדין החל על העסקה. הוראות מחייבות בדבר תקופות ביטול, בדיקת המוצר, מועדי החזר והחזר דמי משלוח גוברות על תנאי מצמצם במדיניות זו.
