SHIPPING POLICY — NEW Z
WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship to Israel, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, subject to delivery availability for your products and address.
SHIPPING COSTS
International shipping is calculated for your cart based on the destination and the products ordered. The total shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay. Orders containing products from different shipping groups may have a combined shipping charge.
For deliveries within Israel, standard shipping is ILS 60. Free shipping on qualifying orders over ILS 399.90 applies to Israel only.
CURRENCY AND PAYMENT
Checkout is charged in Israeli shekels (ILS). Prices displayed in USD or another currency are estimates for your convenience. Your payment provider determines any conversion rate and fees. Please review the final ILS total before completing payment.
PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY
Our products are made to order by overseas production partners. They are not manufactured in Israel.
Production typically takes 2–5 business days. Shipping time is additional and depends on the product, fulfilment location and destination. International standard routes can take 5–20 business days after production.
These are general estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Weekends, holidays, customs processing and carrier delays may extend delivery. If you need an estimate for a particular product and postcode, please contact us before ordering.
TRACKING AND SEPARATE PARCELS
Tracking details are emailed after dispatch. Items from the same order may arrive in separate parcels and on different dates. Any shipping charge collected by NEW Z is shown at checkout before payment; splitting the delivery does not itself create a later shipping charge from us.
DELIVERY DETAILS
Please provide a complete delivery address, postcode, email and reachable telephone number. Contact us immediately if you notice an address error. Changes may not be possible after production or dispatch.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES
Depending on the destination and fulfilment location, customs duties, import taxes or carrier clearance fees may apply. Unless explicitly collected at checkout, these charges are not included in the order total and may be payable by the recipient under local rules.
DELAYED OR MISSING ORDERS
If your parcel is delayed or missing, contact us with your order number. NEW Z remains your point of contact for delivery enquiries. If the ordered product is not delivered, we will refund the order in accordance with your applicable rights.

מדיניות משלוחים — NEW Z
יעדי משלוח
אנחנו שולחים לישראל, ארה״ב, בריטניה, קנדה, אוסטרליה וניו זילנד, בכפוף לזמינות משלוח למוצרים ולכתובת.
עלות המשלוח
במשלוחים לחו״ל, עלות המשלוח מחושבת לסל לפי היעד והמוצרים שהוזמנו. עלות המשלוח הכוללת מוצגת בקופה לפני התשלום. סל הכולל מוצרים מקבוצות משלוח שונות עשוי לכלול שילוב של תעריפי המשלוח.
בישראל: משלוח רגיל 60 ₪. משלוח חינם בהזמנות זכאיות מעל 399.90 ₪. ההטבה לישראל בלבד.
מטבע ותשלום
החיוב בקופה מתבצע בשקלים (ILS). מחירים המוצגים בדולר או במטבע אחר הם אומדן לנוחותכם. ספק התשלום קובע את שער ההמרה והעמלות, ככל שישנן. הסכום הסופי בשקלים מוצג לפני השלמת התשלום.
ייצור ואספקה
המוצרים מיוצרים לפי הזמנה אצל ספקים בחו״ל. אין ייצור בישראל.
הייצור נמשך בדרך כלל 2–5 ימי עסקים. זמן המשלוח נוסף לזמן הייצור ותלוי במוצר, במיקום הייצור וביעד. במסלולים בינלאומיים רגילים המשלוח עשוי להימשך 5–20 ימי עסקים לאחר הייצור.
אלה הערכות כלליות ולא התחייבות למועד מסירה. חגים, סופי שבוע, טיפול במכס ועיכובי הובלה עשויים להאריך את האספקה. לבירור לפי מוצר ומיקוד פנו אלינו לפני ההזמנה.
מעקב ופיצול חבילות
פרטי מעקב נשלחים בדוא״ל לאחר יציאת החבילה. פריטים מאותה הזמנה עשויים להגיע בחבילות נפרדות ובמועדים שונים. עלות המשלוח הנגבית על ידי NEW Z מוצגת בקופה מראש; פיצול החבילות כשלעצמו אינו יוצר חיוב משלוח נוסף מאיתנו לאחר התשלום.
פרטי משלוח
יש למסור כתובת מלאה, מיקוד, דוא״ל וטלפון זמין. אם נפלה טעות בכתובת, פנו אלינו מיד. לאחר תחילת הייצור או השילוח ייתכן שלא ניתן לשנותה.
מכס ומסי יבוא
בהתאם ליעד ולמיקום הייצור, ייתכנו מכס, מסי יבוא או עמלות שחרור. אלא אם נגבו במפורש בקופה, חיובים אלה אינם כלולים בסכום ההזמנה ועשויים לחול על המקבל בהתאם לכללים המקומיים.
הזמנה שהתעכבה או לא הגיעה
פנו אלינו עם מספר ההזמנה לבירור. NEW Z היא הכתובת שלכם לשירות ולאספקה. אם המוצר שהוזמן לא נמסר, יינתן החזר בהתאם לזכויות החלות על העסקה.
